Social Media Manager (consumer growth)

We’re looking for a creative data-driven SM manager to grow our consumer audience & boost engagement for our social media inbox unification, child protection and AI agent SaaS platforms:

Responsibilities:

Daily Posting: Schedule and manage daily posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, YT, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)

Content Curation: Identify, repurpose and share relevant high-performing content from creators, tagging original sources to amplify reach & build relations with creators whose content we like

Content Recycling: Edit, clip and repurpose our existing video and written content into fresh engaging formats.

Trend Research: Stay ahead by continuously researching and identifying viral trends and adapting them to our brand’s voice.

Ad Testing: Plan, execute and analyse small-scale social ad tests to discover winning creatives and copy. Expand on and replicate what works, repeat.

System Development: Build, document and refine repeatable systems for efficient content creation, posting schedules, trend adaptation and reporting. Strong AI first approach, experimenting with new systems that multiply output and have agents work while you focus on creative tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing multiple consumer-focused social media accounts.

Ability to rapidly identify and capitalise on trending topics and memes.

Familiarity with video clipping tools and content repurposing techniques.

Basic experience running social media ads (FB ads, instagram ads, LinkedIn ads).

Strong analytical skills with ability to document & report on key social metrics.

Excellent organisational skills, adept at creating repeatable workflows.
