As our business continues to grow, we need a natural kitchen leader who thrives under pressure, brings fresh ideas to the pass, and knows how to keep things cool when the venue’s at full tilt. With capacity for over 400 patrons, this role is perfect for someone ready to step up and play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Job requirements

Experience in high paced venues.

Awesome people skills with a cool head in high pressure environment

Passion for creating dishes and being creative with food.

At least 2 years’ experience as a sous chef.

The capability to manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.

Food safety supervisor cert

Weekend availability is non-negotiable

Experience in ordering, stock management and labour control.
