About the Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is responsible for designing and implementing Australia’s national aftersales framework. You’ll align with global brand standards while tailoring to local expectations, setting new benchmarks in customer experience, dealer support, and operational efficiency.
Your Core Focus Areas
- Develop and execute national aftersales strategy across service, parts, and customer satisfaction.
- Build the systems, KPIs, and processes to ensure world-class customer care and technical support.
- Design and scale dealer support programs that guarantee consistency, compliance, and loyalty.
- Lead a high-performing aftersales team, setting a culture of accountability, innovation, and improvement.
- Partner closely with global stakeholders to ensure best-in-market delivery.
You Will Bring
- Proven success leading national aftersales operations within a large automotive network.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build scalable systems from scratch.
- Customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of CSI and retention strategies.
- Hands-on experience managing parts operations, warranty, technical services, and field support.
- Natural leadership presence with a collaborative and driven style.
