• One arm is wealth-driven, with an accounting service built around client needs.
• The other is accounting-driven, with a strong wealth advisory component.

Our vision is to unify leadership under a single Head of Accounting, who will oversee both business streams and be instrumental in consolidating, enhancing, and scaling our operations.

The Role
As Head of Accounting, you will take the reins of our accounting businesses and lead them into their next phase of growth. This role is approximately 70% strategic leadership and management, 30% technical delivery—with a natural shift towards higher-level leadership as the role evolves.

You will:

• Oversee and manage teams of client directors, senior accountants, and accountants across both business units
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on complex tax matters for high-value clients
• Lead the integration and consolidation of two accounting divisions creating convergence where possible
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with our long-term business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and SMEs
• Play a key role in evolving our service model, processes, and operational efficiency

About You
You are an experienced accounting leader with strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement. You have:

• Proven experience leading high-performing accounting teams in complex business environments
• Expertise in Australian tax law and compliance, including handling complex client matters
• A track record of success working with both high-net-worth clients and small to medium-sized businesses
• Experience in integrated wealth and accounting business models
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Strong change management capabilities and a passion for continuous improvement
• CA or CPA qualification (mandatory)
