Requirements:

• Previous experience as a dental assistant (cert III or IV) is a bonus
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Handling incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Ability to lead the team in job delegation
• Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Addressing patient inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Processing payments and liaising with various health providers as needed.
• Efficiently scheduling and managing patient appointments.
• Maintaining and updating databases with precision.
• Organizing and managing digital and physical files through scanning and filing.
• Providing top-notch administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
• Experience with D4W and Hicaps
• Experience with implants is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
