About the Role
Full-time – 38 hours/week
Weekend availability required (flexible or rostered)
Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team
Master front-of-house and lead the team to create a smooth day-to-day practice flow]
Key Responsibilities
Reception performance including, phones, bookings, and payments
Maintain accurate appointment books, clinical schedules and inter practice communication
Daily and weekly reconciliation of payments (HiCAPS, EFTPOS)
Ensure patient records, billing, and complaints are handled professionally
Liaise confidently with auxillaries, patients, clinicians, suppliers, and labs
Assist with onboarding and training new reception staff
Support implementation of systems and procedures
Contribute to a positive and organised team environment
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years dental reception/front office experience (essential)
Excellent phone manners and confident verbal communication
Proven skills in patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and billing
Strong comprehension, organisational ability and attention to detail
A mature, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work
Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently
Experience with dental practice software — D4W or Praktika preferred
A genuine commitment to integrity, quality, and team contribution
