Are you an experienced Dental Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dedicated and professional Senior Dental Assistant to join a well-established and modern dental practice located in the heart of Buderim.

About the Role:
In this hands-on and fast-paced role, you’ll work closely with clinicians to provide high-quality patient care, support complex procedures, and help lead the clinical team. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, including mentoring junior staff.

What You’ll Do:

Chairside assisting with general and specialist procedures (including implants, oral surgery, etc.)

Instrument sterilisation and infection control

Patient care before, during, and after treatment

Stock control and clinical support management

Supporting the team and assisting with training new staff

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant

Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (desirable)

Strong knowledge of infection control and dental procedures

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Friendly, reliable, and team-focused attitude
