We are a well-established dental clinic in Taigum Brisbane, proudly serving our community for over 10 years. We are currently hiring for two positions: Dental Assistant and Dental Receptionist.

1. Dental Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Dental Assistant to support our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists with procedures and chairside support
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with patient care
• Educate patients on post-treatment care
• Maintain stock levels and ensure a clean workspace

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a dental assistant (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (10 am – 8 pm)

2. Dental Receptionist

We are also seeking a Dental Receptionist to be the friendly face of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a professional manner
• Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
• Process payments and health fund claims
• Handle phone and email inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in dental software (preferred but not required)
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (10 am – 8 pm)
