Due to upcoming maternity leave, Hilton Dental CQ are looking for a friendly and motivated Dental Assistant or Receptionist to join our team. As we are currently expanding, we envisage this position to become permanent in the near future.

Conveniently located in our beautiful High Street practice, this role is crucial in supporting our dentists and delivering exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and making them feel comfortable at all times during their visit

Managing multiple very busy calendars and schedules

Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting the overall smooth running of the dental practice

Maintaining cleanliness and a high standard of presentation throughout the practice

Assisting with sterilization and surgery preparation procedures

Providing exceptional customer service and a positive experience for all patients

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent patient care

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using computers and learning new technology
