What You’ll Be Doing:

Schedule installation and service appointments for automotive equipment across various client sites

Coordinate technician routes based on location, availability, and priority

Communicate with customers to confirm details, timing, and any special requirements

Adjust schedules in real-time to respond to urgent requests or unforeseen delays

Maintain accurate records of jobs, schedules, and updates in our system

Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and service departments to ensure seamless execution

Mobilise Technicians using customer online portals.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or coordination (automotive or technical field experience a plus)

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

Clear and professional communication skills — both written and verbal

Comfortable using scheduling or dispatch software (we’ll train you on ours)

A team-first attitude and a passion for helping things run smoothly
