Are you a motivated and enthusiastic administrator looking to be part of a dynamic team? Ford & Doonan, leaders in ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, are seeking a standout admin professional to help us deliver the “wow factor” to our clients.
We are currently offering an opportunity to work alongside a team of passionate people who truly care about their clients.
About You:
Your Background: Ideally, you’re experienced in service or warranty industries, industrial call centres, scheduling, appliance repair, trades, IT support, or similar fields.
Customer Service Excellence: You know how to handle client interactions with confidence, are passionate about delivering exceptional service, and enjoy exceeding expectations.
Proven Experience: You bring 2-3 years of solid admin experience within a busy office. Experience in a trades-related environment or similar role would be a distinct advantage.
Independent Yet Team-Oriented: You can work autonomously but also enjoy being part of a close-knit team.
Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills and literacy are essential.
Personality Plus: You’re assertive, unflappable under pressure, and bring character – bubbly, confident, capable, with a sense of humour!
Living within 30 minutes of our Kardinya office is helpful for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer and manage service calls
• Handle ordering and scheduling
• Address rectification and warranty requests
• Your ability to provide top-notch customer service, communicate with technicians, and explain technical information over the phone will be key to your success.
