About The Opportunity

This exciting Service Advisor role places you at the heart of customer interactions, ensuring a premium service experience. As the main link between clients and the workshop, you’ll coordinate repairs, communicate clearly and professionally, and keep customers informed every step of the way.

Reporting directly to the Owner, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating efficiently with technicians to ensure timely repairs
• Managing bookings, feedback, invoicing and warranty processes
• Greeting customers warmly and understanding their service needs
• Providing clear, professional updates and explanations to customers
• Promoting additional services that enhance performance and longevity
• Creating and managing detailed service orders including costs and timelines

About You

We’re looking for a passionate, confident and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. To succeed in this role, you will:

• Be able to build rapport with both clients and technicians
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
