We specialise in the supply and installation of premium automotive accessories—including window tinting, paint protection, and 12V electronic upgrades—for leading car dealerships across the metro area.

We're currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Automotive Operations Coordinator to become a key part of our growing operation.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating and scheduling our team of mobile technicians for installations across Perth.

Providing friendly, knowledgeable phone support to clients and technicians.

Managing inventory and stock levels for a range of parts and accessories.

Preparing quotes and invoices for dealership partners.

General office admin and data entry tasks to keep things running smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

Someone reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take initiative.

Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable phone manner.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

A true team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.

A valid driver's licence.

Previous experience in automotive admin, scheduling, or workshop coordination will be highly regarded, but we’re also open to motivated candidates from similar roles.
