About the role

Driven Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Admin / Advisor to join our team in Rockingham. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our busy automotive service centre. Hours are Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS!

This role will suit an experienced service advisor OR previous automotive administration roles.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner

Booking in service and repair jobs, managing schedules, and liaising with the technical team

Handling customer enquiries, providing updates, and addressing any concerns

Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records

Ordering parts and materials as required

Providing administrative support to the service department

Maintaining a clean and organised service reception area

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administration, customer service or service advisor role within the automotive industry

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive experience for all customers

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal

Proficient in using computer systems and automotive management software

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A friendly, professional, and hardworking attitude
