For over 114 years, we’ve proudly served clients across the Hunter and beyond — offering made-to-measure suiting, weddings, suit hire, ready-to-wear menswear, corporate uniforms and in-house manufacturing.
You’ll work inside the world of weddings, fashion retail, tailoring and special events — creating content that captures real client stories, made-to-measure fittings, custom manufacturing, vendor collaborations and our ready-to-wear collections.

About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing & Content Manager to lead content creation and marketing across all areas of our business. You’ll develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, create engaging video and written content, manage digital platforms, and help drive bookings, sales and client engagement.
This is a part-time role with flexible work arrangements, reporting directly to ownership. 3-month initial contract with view to permanent role.

What you’ll be doing
Develop and manage monthly marketing calendars & seasonal promotions
Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, BTS fittings & weddings)
Write blogs, social posts, email newsletters, and website content
Manage email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo or Mailchimp)
Build and grow CRM email lists and customer data
Create Pinterest content for weddings, hire and events
Monitor campaign performance, analyse results & adjust strategies to improve outcomes
Collaborate on vendor partnerships, content shoots and in-store activations
What we’re looking for
Degree or qualification in marketing, communications, digital media or related field
3+ years experience in marketing, content or digital media (weddings, fashion or retail highly regarded)
Strong content creation skills (filming, editing, short-form video)
Excellent writing skills for blogs, social media, email & website content
Confident with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Pinterest, Klaviyo/Mailchimp
Commercial mindset — focused on bookings, leads, engagement & business growth
Able to analyse marketing performance data and adjust strategies
Organised, self-motivated & able to work independently
