The business owner and team work remotely and are based on the Gold Coast
About the role
Working remotely with our highly engaged small team, you will take responsibility for managing and growing the database of professional procurement contacts within ANZ in addition to developing and implementing an omni channel digital marketing strategy for promotion of our conferences, training and PASA Connect membership network.
Daily management of LinkedIn and other social platforms to identify opportunities and regular posting to these platforms to engage our target audience. (Strong emphasis on LinkedIn content and outreach)
Manage and expand Facebook organic audiences and engage in industry relevant groups.
Liaise with in house Graphic Designer to design and develop email campaigns
Develop and implement CRM strategies through various touchpoints to drive engagement, focusing on both customer acquisition and retention
Strong understanding of key reporting tools, such as Google Analytics
Website conversion analysis and recommendations to our web team.
Meet with our SEO agency to understand strategy and drive engagement.
A “think outside of the box" mentality to drive attendance at conferences, training and members network
About you
Minimum of two years working within an events business
Minimum of two years within a digital marketing background with experience managing and growing a CRM system (knowledge of Keap an advantage).
Ability to create CRM database audiences for targeted EDM campaigns.
Experience crafting EDM templates and scheduling campaigns.
Can build CRM workflow funnels and automations for upcoming events.
LinkedIn outreach and automation experience using 3rd party tools.
Ability to setup Zapier integrations and problem solve connection issues.
Ability to work with Wordpress forms and web hook Zapier integrations.
Deep knowledge of social marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
B2B Experience an advantage.
Extensive training can also be available for the right candidates.
