About the role

This is an exciting part-time opportunity for a creative Social Media Content Creator & Manager to join the dynamic team at La Mono', a leading marketing and communications agency in Merrylands, NSW. As a Social Media Content Creator & Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media content across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation for our diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing social media content strategies tailored to each client's unique brand, target audience and business objectives

Creating compelling, visually-appealing social media posts (including images, videos, and captions) that resonate with the target audience

Managing the daily posting and monitoring of social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter

Analysing social media metrics and providing regular performance reports to clients

Collaborating with the wider marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign integration

Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to optimise content performance

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a social media content creation or management role, preferably in an agency or marketing environment

Strong understanding of the major social media platforms and their unique audience demographics and content formats

Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content

Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven content decisions

Collaborative team player with a proactive, flexible and solutions-oriented approach
