About the role
This is a full-time position located in Allenby Gardens, SA 5009, assisting the Service & Accounts team at BRC in SA. As the Service & Accounts Support Officer, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and customer service support to ensure the efficient delivery of the company's services.
What you'll be doing
Processing and maintaining customer account records and information
Assisting with the preparation and distribution of invoices and statements
Responding to customer inquiries (telephone and emails) and providing support to resolve issues
Coordinating the scheduling and logistics of service appointments
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Providing general administrative support as part of the Service & Accounts team
Collaborating with the manufacturing/repairing and managerial staff to ensure seamless service delivery
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a customer service and administrative support role, preferably within a client-facing environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
