Fitzpatricks Advice Partners - Personal/Executive Assistant

Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting high-level professionals?
Hours: 15 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30am-10.30am and 4.00-5.00pm
(There is some flexibility around these times for the right candidate)
We are a well-established financial advice practice that works with families across a minimum of three generations. We are currently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team assisting the director and helping manage day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing:
Manage and organise Director's emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Coordinate and maintain the Director's diary, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Oversee workflow and delegate tasks to other staff members.
Assist with basic marketing activities, including managing LinkedIn profiles and posts.
Handle personal tasks as required, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a professional services or wealth management environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and staff, suppliers and other professionals.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach to your work
Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365.
Some experience with Xplan will help.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic marketing principles.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
