About the Role

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: 38 hours per week (mix of days, nights & split shifts – Wednesday to Sunday)

Work Area: Reception

Pay Rate: Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020 -Level 2 – Front Office Grade 1

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering warm, professional service to members and guests

Handling enquiries, bookings, and transactions at reception

Assisting with food and beverage service during bistro operations (as needed)

Keeping the reception area clean, safe, and welcoming

Representing the Club with pride in your appearance, attitude, and service

What We’re Looking For

Valid RSA, RSG, and GIE Licence

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible availability – including nights and weekends

A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
