Position: Veterinary Receptionist

Are you passionate about pets and providing outstanding customer service? Doncaster Vet Hospital is looking for a friendly, organised, and dedicated receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic, helping us to provide the highest standard of care for animals.

About Us: We’re committed to providing excellent veterinary surgical and medical care for our client’s family pets. Our state-of-the-art clinic is equipped to enable specialized care for our patients ensuring they receive the best possible treatment for their health.

Your Role: As the first point of contact, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Greeting and assisting clients and their pets with a warm, reassuring smile.
• Managing appointment schedules to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Handling phone enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Processing payments and managing patient records with attention to detail.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
• Must be available for a range of shifts including: days, evenings and some Saturday shifts.
• Full time or part time will be considered.

We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a reception role (veterinary clinic experience is a plus but not required).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with animals and people.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A compassionate and patient-oriented approach.

Intermediate computer skills for scheduling and data management.
