About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the team at the Clear Thinking Mental Health Group in Ballarat, VIC. This full-time role will be the first point of contact for our clients, so excellent customer service skills are a must. You will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our busy mental health practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Scheduling appointments and managing the reception calendar

Maintaining an organised and tidy reception area

Providing general administrative support as needed

Upholding the highest standards of client confidentiality

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office suite

Empathy, discretion and a genuine commitment to client care

Friendly, professional and positive attitude
