Here is an opportunity to join our clients growing organization. They provide Commercial Solar and other Energy Solutions to commercial and industrial clients. Commercial Energy Solutions include Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Power Quality and Demand Management Services.
The position will be based in the Head office in the Western Suburbs of Sydney , the operations are spread nationally with offices in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Adelaide.
You will be a crucial member of the organization, driving the business, meeting and/or exceeding the sales targets, and sustaining the business. Supporting design and project delivery teams and managing customer expectations will be critical. Developing a portfolio of clients from Industrial and commercial clients with various contracting models including tendering procedures and CRM.
You will be developing a strategic direction for the growth of our client and continue to provide cost-effective and sustainable energy solutions to Commercial and Industrial Energy users. This key role within the energy solutions team is responsible for identifying energy solution opportunities delivering the sales and continuing to grow the portfolio.

Ideal Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Experience in the sales of commercial and industrial solar PV
Experience in the sales of Electrical Engineering products and/or services
Demonstrated capability to research and identify industrial and commercial clients and understand the energy-related contexts and drivers.
Commercial knowledge of energy efficiency, various technologies, and energy solutions are an added advantage.
Knowledge and experience of the selling of Power Purchase agreements will be advantageous.
Demonstrated capability of developing effective customer relationships
Demonstrated capability of negotiating and executing contracts
Understanding of what makes a project feasible and the ability to identify risks and mitigation measures.
Willingness to adapt and learn, focus on key deliverables.
