About the role.
Due to continued growth with our existing portfolio and new opportunities, an exciting role has become available in the Sales Department at our Moorebank Facility. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing clients and developing new opportunities. Supporting the National Sales team and reporting directly to the State Sales Manager, your diverse range of duties will include:
Develop and grow our current network of distribution channels and identify areas of significant opportunity.
Managing existing clients within the region and being across all sales revenue/gross profit from their clients;
Developing new opportunities within these clients through a territory plan;
Building proposals/submissions to be submitted to clients;
Demonstrations for clients with new machinery sales;
Travel required both within New South Wales and interstate;
About you.
In order to achieve success in this role, we are seeking a Hungry, Humble and Smart professional who encompasses the following skills and capabilities:
Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise your workday efficiently;
Ability to use CRM;
External client relationship management;
Self-motivated and driven individual that works well in a close team and lives the Company Values;
Selling solutions to the client that add value;
Sound Omni Group product knowledge that will allow you to problem solve and think on your feet;
Ability to obtain and process information and to adapt to changing processes; and
Good time management, planning and organisational abilities.
Must be able to travel.
