National Office Manager

We’re on the lookout for an experienced and energetic National Office Manager to oversee office operations and admin support across our locations nationwide. Based in our vibrant Rosebery office, you’ll lead a wide-ranging portfolio from property and fleet to IT, uniform management, event logistics, and everything in between.
This senior role supports our team by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes — ensuring our spaces are efficient, safe, compliant, and pleasant to work in. If you love variety, thrive on responsibility, and are highly organised, this could be the perfect fit.
What you’ll be doing
Oversee day-to-day office operations, facilities and maintenance nationally
Manage uniform distribution, office supplies, and inventory across all locations
Lead national vehicle fleet management (e.g. registrations, tolls, fuel, signage)
Coordinate employee travel and accommodation
Liaise with IT providers and manage devices, systems access, and onboarding/offboarding
Build relationships with suppliers, vendors, landlords, and contractors
Prepare, review, and manage supplier contracts and invoices
Support recruitment admin, onboarding, employee training, and immigration processes
Organise company events, toolbox talks, and internal meetings
Provide showroom-based support to customers and conduct satisfaction surveys
Plan staff engagement initiatives like gifts, milestones, and seasonal events
Support WHS, data integrity, and compliance activities
We’re looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in national or multi-site office management or senior admin roles
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask across remote teams
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
Familiarity with vendor negotiation, cost control, and budgeting
Strong Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems knowledge
Exposure to WHS, HR, or immigration processes is a bonus
This full-time role is based in Rosebery, and you’ll need to have full Australian working rights.
