Warehouse Assistant & Inventory Controller

Position: Permanent Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Salary: $65k plus super. This is negotiable based on experience

Start Date: 15 July 2025

The Opportunity

OTTWAY The Label is a sustainable Australian clothing brand originally established in Melbourne with a growing online e-commerce store, with two warehouses, two retail stores and multiple stockists around Australia.

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Warehouse Manager & Customer Service to join our friendly & talented Melbourne team. This position will be based in our epic Flagship Store and Warehouse facilities (don’t expect the standard warehouse!), located in Collingwood, Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

Order Fulfilment: Pack and ship domestic & international online orders & returns, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Maintain a target of 99% shipping accuracy and process all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends)

Customer Service: Lead and manage customer service inquiries, including Questions / Returns / Complaints, ensuring responses are provided within 24 hours.

Stock Levels: Managing precise stock levels across x2 operating warehouses and our online e-commerce platform

House Keeping: Maintaining a tidy & very organised warehouse

Previous experience in a similar role

Previous experience managing Shopify software stock levels and Australian Post Shipping platform
