🎯 What You’ll Do

Own the Social Game

Plan, create, and post content that people actually want to engage with

Produce short-form videos (think Reels, TikTok, behind-the-scenes and more)

Analyse performance and tweak strategies to keep things fresh

Stay across trends, platform updates, and emerging formats

Work With Humans

Collaborate with clients to get under the skin of their brand

Team up with our designers, copywriters, and account leads for seamless campaigns

Share insights, updates, and ideas with confidence

Optimise & Evolve

Test creative, track data, and adapt strategies for better results

Keep one eye on the algorithm and the other on what’s next

Bring new ideas to the table — and make them happen

✅ What You Bring

Social media experience — agency, personal brand, or freelance all count

Video content creation and editing skills

Strong writing chops (clever, clear, and on-brand)

Proactive energy and a collaborative mindset

Bonus: a degree in comms/marketing or creative design is cool, but not required
