About the role

As a Hire Coordinator/Account Manager at SEM Hire AUS Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and coordinating the hire of equipment and machinery to support our clients' operations. Based in Austral NSW 2179, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our client services team.

What you'll be doing

Taking Inbound enquiries via phone, email and other various lead generation platforms

Coordinate the delivery, pickup and maintenance of hired equipment

Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, payments and hire contracts

Maintain accurate records and inventory data to ensure efficient operations

Reporting and recording on lead generation to provide insight on growth, fleet and overall performance of platforms for advertising through our CRM.

Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to provide exceptional customer service

Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our client processes

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in a customer service or account management role, preferably within the hire or logistics industry. Experience with Syrinx and MYOB is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Proficient in using relevant software and technology to support your work

Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers

A team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
