We’re excited to expand our services into the equipment hire space and are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Hire Controller to lead this new division. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a start-up style role within a well-established and respected company supplying to the formwork and construction industry for over 20 years.

What You’ll Be Doing

Playing a lead role in establishing our hire division from the ground up

Coordinating the dispatch and return of hire equipment, ensuring efficient service for our customers

Managing stock levels, hire fleet inventory, and maintaining accurate records

Providing responsive and professional customer service to both new and existing customers

Working alongside our sales and operations teams to integrate hire solutions with our core formwork business

Identifying process improvements, market opportunities, and ways to grow the division

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in hire operations, logistics, or equipment management—preferably in the construction or formwork sectors

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work independently and build a new service offering

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Competency with inventory and dispatch systems

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong organisation and time management
