Customer Service Officer

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with a positive attitude to join our team at Gosnells. It is a permanent 2-day per week role (Wed/Fri).
Key responsibilities include:
· Professional first point of contact to greet clients and answer incoming calls
· Scheduling appointments
· Invoicing, billing and receipting payments
· General administrative tasks to assist the smooth running of the location.
About you:
· Excellent communication skills for face-to-face and phone customer liaison
· Ability to work effectively in a busy environment, handling multiple simultaneous demands with a high level of accuracy
· Advanced computer skills including competent use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, CRM customer database and telephone system
· Ability to work cooperatively within a team and independently as required
· Provide general administrative support within the policies and best practice to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality services.
· Current WA Police Force National Police Certificate (to provide upon request)
