Premium Recquatic Membership | 12.5% Superannuation
This position is classified as a PACS Band 4 ($69,785 - $76,198 p.a) under the City of Kwinana’s structured remuneration system.

A fantastic opportunity has become available within our Customer Service Team for an experienced, dynamic and highly organised individual to join the City of Kwinana. Reporting to the Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing prompt, professional service to internal and external customers that present to the counter, by phone or by digital means; and ensures that all data and payments associated with customer service are appropriately processed.
Please note: The hours and days of work maybe subject to change due to operational requirements.
About You:
Demonstrated experience working in a customer services environment with some knowledge of banking/ reconciliation; office phone processes; and office systems including Microsoft Office or equivalent.
Attention to detail to accurately input data.
Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with telephone and email enquiries; and convey a broad base of information to internal and external customers.
Ability to provide the highest quality of customer service.
Well-developed organisational skills and initiative to prioritise workload and deliver timely services.
Good teamwork skills to contribute to team objectives.
Current Police Clearance.
Previous experience in Local Government environment desirable.
