The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this dynamic role combines front desk reception with customer service, administrative support, and accounts receivable tasks.
This position offers flexibility and can be structured as part-time (30 hours per week) or full-time, depending on your availability and fit for the role.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
Deliver outstanding service to walk-in clients and phone inquiries
Support sales staff and managers with administrative tasks
Assist in creating and distributing digital marketing materials
Help onboard new customers and maintain an accurate customer database
Call regular customers to take weekly orders
Perform general office duties including correspondence, filing, and data entry
Maintain a tidy, well-presented reception and front-of-house area
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Experience: 2+ years in administration and/or customer-facing roles
Customer Service Skills: Background in sales or hospitality is highly regarded
Organisation: Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Tech-Savvy Attitude: A willingness to learn new systems and use technology for efficiency
Team Spirit: A friendly, positive attitude and collaborative work ethic
