About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, reporting to the Business Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining our long-term customer relationships. You’ll be out on the road in one of our branded vehicles, delivering and refreshing floral arrangements while ensuring every customer receives thoughtful, professional service.

Floral Image provides comprehensive on-the-job training, covering territory planning, customer service processes, and the use of proprietary technology to ensure a seamless service offering.

Our customers for this role are located in North Perth. It would be preferrable for applicant to reside in the northern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting KPIs and benchmarks for physical calls, customer retention and customer service targets.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. (SALESFORCE & SYNERGY)

Contribute to the development of an effective customer service plan in collaboration with the Business Manager to maximize customer retention rates.

Servicing existing Floral Image customers on scheduled monthly visits

Provide constructive feedback on what will assist in the acquisition of new business.

Offer support to the customer service team when required.

This is a customer-facing role based on the road within your assigned territory. You’ll be the friendly face of our brand, delivering beautiful designer floral arrangements to businesses each month. By showcasing our stunning products and building genuine relationships, you’ll help ensure our customers stay happy and loyal over the long term.

You'll be fully supported with training, tools, and tech to make your day seamless—including a vehicle, phone, and uniform.

About You
