The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing and fast-growing luxury construction firm renowned for delivering projects for some of the world’s most prestigious brands.

With continued growth across the APAC region, our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the Finance Director across all financial operations, reporting, compliance, and project accounting. It’s a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across the detail while partnering closely with a dynamic leadership team.

The Challenge
As 2IC to the Finance Director, you’ll be trusted with a broad portfolio of responsibilities including:

• Month-end close, management reporting & financial statements
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Oversight of AR/AP, payroll, and GL functions
• Tax compliance and statutory reporting
• Project cost control and collaboration with PMs
• Process improvement and internal controls
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members

The Expertise
You’ll be suited to this opportunity if you are:

• CA or CPA qualified, with experience in a construction or project-based industry being desirable.
• Experienced in Jobpac, Procore, or Xero is desirable.
• Confident in managing month-end, tax, and compliance processes
• Comfortable working across both strategic and hands-on tasks
• Known for your communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
