About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the dynamic team at Wentworth Partners Maroubra as a full-time Property Manager working Monday to Friday alongside 3 other professional property portfolio managers with support from leasing team and our separate accounts and administration teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless management of a portfolio of residential properties in the eastern suburbs. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients and tenants.

What you'll be doing

Effectively manage a tidy portfolio of 180 residential properties providing ongoing communication with landlords and tenants

Promptly address any tenant inquiries or maintenance requests, ensuring a high level of customer service

Oversee the collection of rent and the timely resolution of any rental arrears

Maintain accurate property records and provide regular updates to landlords

Work closely with the sales and management team to identify new business opportunities

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar property management role, preferably within the residential leasing and property management industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask

Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices

Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant technology

A valid real estate license and own car
