This isn’t your average Property Manager role.

At Morton, we’re offering something different — a dynamic, flexible opportunity for a driven Property Management professional who thrives on variety and independence. As our Relief Property Manager, you’ll be the trusted go-to across our eight Sydney offices, stepping in to support teams during peak periods and leave. You’ll manage diverse portfolios — from luxury waterfront apartments to brand-new developments — and no two days will look the same. This role can predominantly be performed from any of our office locations, we can adjust to suit you.

In the absence of, or assisting, the permanent Property Manager, the Relief Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining the portfolio. This will include acting as the first point of contact for landlords, tenants and tradespeople to ensure the properties are managed effectively.

This role will give the right person the opportunity to work in all of Morton’s offices across the greater Sydney region in diverse portfolios including high end waterfront apartments, CBD units, suburban houses and brand-new apartment developments.

Our Property Management team is a driven and close-knit team. You will be working in step with all our agents for a common goal of excellence.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining portfolio’s averaging 180 properties

Day to day management of portfolios including all owner and tenant communication

Management of rental arrears

Management maintenance requests

Ingoing and Outgoing inspections

Management of the new tenant onboarding process

Ad Hoc supporting property management duties.
