The Opportunity: We're seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Property Manager to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone confident in handling all facets of property management, from leasing and maintenance to tribunal representation and proactive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive management of a residential property portfolio

Leasing activities: advertising, tenant screening, conducting open homes

Routine inspections, managing maintenance and repairs efficiently

Rent arrears management and financial reporting

Representation at NCAT hearings

Actively pursuing new business growth opportunities and nurturing client relationships

About You:

Minimum 2–4 years' proven experience in a property management role

NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Proactive, organised, and capable of independently managing a diverse portfolio

Solid understanding of NSW property legislation

Experience with property management software (experience with myatrealty.com preferred but not essential)

A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

What We Offer:

Competitive base salary ($70,000–$80,000 per annum based on experience)
