About the Role:

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse residential portfolio. You will work closely with tenants and landlords to ensure their needs are met, while also conducting property inspections and overseeing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a diverse residential portfolio efficiently

- No routine inspections!

- Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management

- Communicate regularly with landlords and tenants

- Assist with property maintenance and resolve tenant issues

- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property management

- Current Real Estate License

- Knowledge of property legislation and best practices

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in property management software (experience with Property Tree is a plus)

- A high level of professionalism and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
