About the role

Richardson & Wrench Parramatta is seeking a talented Property Manager to join our team in the heart of Parramatta and the Western Suburbs of Sydney. This full-time role is a crucial part of our dynamic property management division, responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring exceptional service for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, tenant management, maintenance coordination and financial reporting
• Conduct property inspections, handle tenant enquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Implement effective marketing strategies to secure quality tenants and maintain high occupancy rates
• Liaise with landlords, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenant needs are met
• Prepare routine financial statements, end-of-lease documentation and other administrative tasks
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, property management best practices and market trends

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Property Manager in the residential sector
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Working knowledge of relevant residential tenancy legislation and property management software
• Current NSW real estate license and a clean driving record
