The role

We're looking for a Property Manager with at least 2 years' experience to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties. As a Property Manager at RomicMoore Property, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional property management services to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

Effectively managing a portfolio of residential & commercial properties, including building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

Conducting regular property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords

Coordinate and manage repairs

Ensuring timely rent collection and managing any arrears or disputes

Advising landlords on market trends, conducting rental reviews, and strategies to maximise returns

Maintaining comprehensive property records and documentation

Management of insurance claims and representation and attendance at NCAT where required

Providing exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants and all other stakeholders

What we're looking for

2+ years' experience in property management, preferably with some commercial experience

Strong communication, brilliant organisational and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions

Proficiency in property management software and systems

A thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate property records

A proactive and customer-oriented approach to property management

You must have a current NSW Real Estate License, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
