About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Admin to join our growing team at WORLD SHINER PTY LTD' in our Sydney office. As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our day-to-day office operations. This is a full-time position based in our central Sydney CBD location.
What you'll be doing
Providing excellent administrative support to the wider team
Managing general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating deliveries
Handling a variety of clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
Contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the office environment
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of MYOB
