Full-time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Our customer, is one of the largest Bathroom and Kitchen products retailer, with showrooms and warehouses located in North Rocks. Their business spans NSW, VIC, QLD, and Auckland. For the past 14 years, they have been serving a diverse clientele including end customers, builders, plumbers, designers, and construction companies. They pride themselves on a corporate culture that values people, mutual respect, optimism, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
They are looking for a Admin Officer to join their team at North Rocks showroom. Focusing on showroom care, maintenance and administrative duties. While you will report to the Admin Team, your day-to-day work will take place in the showroom environment.
The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping the space functional and welcoming. You'll also play a key role in updating displays, and assisting with admin tasks related to showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the upkeep and daily operations of the showroom to ensure a professional, inviting appearance.
• Collaborate with the design team when new products arrive, helping translate display concepts into physical setups.
• Take ownership of display coordination: communicate display needs, review layouts, and manage final visual presentation.
• Liaise closely with Sales, Admin, and Design teams to ensure the showroom supports business needs.
• Provide administrative support related to showroom coordination (e.g. documentation, display logs).
• Keep track of display items, signage, and samples within the showroom.
Skills & Requirements:
▪ Previous experience in admin, or showroom maintenance preferred.
▪ Reliable, self-motivated, and attentive to details.
▪ A team player with good internal communication skills.
▪ Comfortable using computers and basic office tools.
▪ Basic English written communication skills (for updating signs, labels, etc.).
▪ Passion for interiors, organization, or customer space presentation.
