Office Administration Full Time
We are an aesthetic company based in Alexandria seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, motivated, organised office all-rounder.
The successful candidate will have:
- A bright, friendly 'can do' attitude
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be well presented verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Office) and trainable in other applications
- Experience with Xero
- Social Media knowledge
- Previous administration, clerical or customer service experience preferred
Key responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
- General office management – Order office supplies, arrange couriers, and keeping the office tidy.
- Arrange travel for management.
- Invoice and payment reconciliation.
- Manage Shopify order fulfillment.
- Organize and plan conferences, including equipment hire, logistics, and product/device organisation.
- Conduct quarterly stock takes and ensure proper organization of the stockroom.
- Data digitization.
- Coordinate content filming days.
- Conduct regular client calls to share updates and ensure ongoing relationships.
- Assist team members as required with various tasks.
This role is dynamic with plenty of variety in tasks. You will be a part of a small but motivated team with plenty of perks.
