Wrights the Butchers is a no-nonsense wholesale meat operation supplying top-tier venues across Sydney. We're looking for a sharp, reliable, and physically capable Operations Assistant Coordinator to join our team in Alexandria.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role where you’ll split your time between office admin and warehouse logistics. You’ll need to be equally comfortable behind a screen and behind the wheel—processing orders, managing stock, running invoices, operating the forklift, and, when required, making deliveries.

What You'll Be Doing

🖥 Office & Admin

Process sales orders with speed and accuracy

Handling invoicing, data entry, and MYOB input

Liaise with customers and suppliers over the phone and email

Maintain office organisation, records, and daily reporting

🧰 Warehouse & Logistics

Receive, check, and scan stock into inventory

Operate a forklift for loading/unloading and warehouse organisation

Deliver and collect stock using the company truck as needed

Maintained stock accuracy and assist with general warehouse duties

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Forklift Licence & LR Licence ( Light Truck Licence )

Strong admin and invoicing skills – MYOB experience highly regarded

Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or fast-paced trade environment

Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Great attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work autonomously

Have your own reliable transport to get to work

A can-do attitude and willingness to get your hands dirty
