We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Compliance & Quality Control Manager to join our team at TFH Hire Services, based in Kingston. In this role, you will take the lead in developing, implementing, and maintaining a company-wide compliance program, ensuring adherence to ISO 45001 and 9001 Safety and Quality Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the organisational compliance framework to ensure it meets industry standards.

Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with departmental obligations.

Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they comply with regulations.

Maintain and continuously improve the Safety and Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring ongoing certification to ISO 45001 and 9001:2015 standards.

Tracking, monitoring and measuring the health and performance of the QMS and addressing any lagging and negative indicators.

Ensure that the Document Management System adheres to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees across various branches.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

In-depth knowledge of maintaining and managing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001) & Occupational Health & Safety System (ISO 45001).

Knowledge in Chain of Responsibility (COR) and National Heavy Vehicle (NHVAS)

Experience with the SharePoint.

Strong technical experience in managing compliance programs.

Excellent organisational, analytical, and computer skills.

Solid knowledge of the transport industry would be advantageous

Qualifications and Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Diploma in Quality Auditing.

Quality Systems Auditor training.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
