About the role

Monda Lodge is a 20 bedded low care residential aged care home in the heart of Healesville.

We pride ourselves on exceptional person centred care, service and positive 'can do' attitude within the workplace.

The successful RN will share our passion and drive to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families/ friends

About you

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• 1+ years experience working in Residential aged care
• Excellent communication skills and documentation.
• Understanding of care planning and goal setting
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Current registration with AHPRA
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team.

Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment. NDIS worker Screening.
