The Opportunity
We’re seeking a tenacious Business Development Representative to drive new customer acquisition across our Melbourne North or South territories. Your sole mandate is to expand our client base—no staff training or branch operations required.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage high-value targets—insurers, panel shops, fleet managers and corporate partners—to secure new referral channels.

Pitch & Close: Deliver compelling, data-driven presentations and proposals that win business on the spot, relentlessly overcoming objections.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and emerging opportunities; adapt your tactics to capture untapped segments.

Relationship Acceleration: Forge strategic alliances at senior levels and convert them into signed agreements, driving exponential growth.

Sales Reporting: Maintain a rigorous pipeline in CRM, report weekly on leads, conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
