About the role

Cleaning Wizard Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Cranbourne East, Victoria. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive the company's expansion and increase market share.

What you'll be doing

Prospecting and generating leads through cold calls, networking, and digital marketing efforts

Nurturing relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points

Presenting Cleaning Wizard Australia's services and solutions to secure new business

Negotiating contract terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies

Providing feedback and insights to the sales and leadership teams to improve business development efforts

What we're looking for

Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-enabling tools

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, or a related field is preferred
