The Opportunity

This is not just another Account Director role. It is a chance to own and grow a portfolio of major enterprise accounts for a leading GRC and AI SaaS provider.

The platform is powerful, and a genuine game-changer in the compliance and governance space. Clients value it, and your job is to help them get even more from it.

You will work across a defined portfolio of high-value enterprise clients in industries such as Big 4 Banks, Utilities, Government etc Your focus will be on strategic engagement at C-suite level, managing complex renewals, co-term contracts, and uncovering new growth opportunities.

You will be the go-to person for solving strategic, commercial, and operational challenges.

About You

  • Experience managing large enterprise or government clients in a SaaS environment
  • Confident navigating complex pricing and licensing discussions
  • Sophisticated and articulate communicator
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Background in GRC, Cyber Security, AI, Big Data, or BI platforms is ideal
  • Experience with co-terms, renewals, and strategic account growth
  • Comfortable engaging with C-suite leaders
  • Thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments
