About the Role
This is the perfect entry-level role for someone who wants to break into the world of architectural products and high-end construction. You’ll be working closely with our Founder, helping drive sales through lead generation, phone outreach, and relationship-building with architects, designers, and builders.
You’ll also get a taste of the back-end operations that make the business run — from scheduling emails to prepping for trade shows to managing samples and quotes.
Think of it as your launchpad: you’ll get to wear many hats, learn a ton, and be involved in projects that go from concept to construction.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales + Lead Generation
Reach out to architects, designers, and builders via phone and email — we’ll provide the list, you bring the energy.
Research new construction projects and find exciting opportunities to get our products specified.
Follow up with leads, keep relationships warm, and tee up meetings for the Founder.
Help pack and send beautiful sample kits to wow prospects.
Keep our CRM updated with who said what, when, and what the next step is.
General Admin + Creative Support
Schedule newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Help with inbox management and responding to customer queries.
Assist with calendar bookings, showroom meetings, and product quote prep.
Use Canva to create simple client proposals and marketing assets.
Coordinate deliveries, liaise with suppliers, and run the occasional errand or stock pickup.
Special Projects
Help plan and run pop-up events, trade shows, or in-house client walkthroughs.
Do light competitor or market research to help us stay ahead.
Support trade client onboarding and marketing campaign setups.
You’ll Love This Role If You’re…
Ready to break into the design, architecture, or construction industry.
A people person — confident on the phone, friendly in emails, and not afraid to start a conversation.
Super organized and always on top of your to-do list.
Detail-obsessed (you triple-check names, emails, and follow-ups).
Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Canva, Excel, CRMs, Outlook, etc.
A fast learner who wants to grow into a sales or account management role over time.
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Dealbreakers)
Experience or interest in architecture, interior design, or building products.
Previous sales, admin, or customer service experience.
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-comm platforms.
The Practical Stuff
Full-time, Monday to Friday (9–5), based out of our brand-new Sydney showroom.
Occasionally you might need to jump in after hours (events, launches, urgent client requests).
You'll be on the phone a fair bit and doing some light hands-on tasks (packing samples, setting up displays).
